For only $5.95 a month, with a 15 day free trial, you will get three live streaming surf cams. (Nantasket Beach , Hull MA & 2 Newport RI cams) and also any new cams that come online in the days that follow. The live streaming cams are to the second.
The cost is monthly. This protects both the user and NES. So, if the cams go down and or moves you can decide to stay with us or stop your membership. The new cost is $5.95 a month. This is taken out of your account starting at the end of your 15 days free period, then every 30 days after that to the date. You must cancel your membership at least 12 hours before your 15 days are up, so you will not be billed.
To Cancel Your Membership at Any time: To cancel your membership login to the members area home page, and click on the drop down menu (members pages), select end membership. On this page click cancel subscription. Login to paypal and follow the direction to cancel your membership. It is very easy to do and only takes a few moments. Do not email us requesting to cancel your membership. You have to do it on your own through your paypal account. At no time will you be refunded if you do not cancel your membership within these terms and conditions.
YOU MUST READ!
Our disclaimer is simple. If the cams go down more than five days in a row, we will extend your membership for the five days at the end of your membership. If the cams get moved, but are still online, you have the right to cancel your membership and you will NOT be charged the following month. "Memberships cancelled anytime, will NOT be changed the following month." You must cancel your membership before you get billed. So please do NOT cut it close to your billing date. There will be no refunds for members who cancel their memberships after your account gets billed for any reason. If you do not know your billing date please ask us. Billing of your accounts is charged early in the morning. So please cancel a few days a head of time.
If the Cams get taken off line then all memberships will be cancelled by NES and no one will be charged the following month. If one of the cams goes off line, you have the right to cancel membership at any time. This is our agreement with you and our billing Company. NES is not responsible for weather, fogging of the cam, power outages, storms, rains, snow, winds, obstructions that are out of our control, with no limits to any of these, and or may interfered with the cams displays at anytime of the day or night, or outdated surf, weather, forecast, surf reports, buoy readings, water temps, wind directions, with no limits to any of these.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
If you decide that you do not like the NES Membership, at anytime and you may cancel your NES Membership with us. You are welcome back at anytime! But if you do this more then two times and take advantage of the free 15 days, then cancel your membership again. You will not be allowed to have another 15 days free at anytime. You may join the NES Membership again but not get the 15 days free.
PROMOTIONALS
From time to time, we will offer a free viewing for non-members only of the streaming member's cams. This free viewing will only be posted for a few weeks at a time and it is to promote the streaming cams only. No members of the streaming cams will benefit from these promotions. We will also offer low one time deals, for non-members only.
